At Quantty, we aim to provide valuable subscription services for traders exploring quantitative strategies. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may offer refunds for subscription fees.

2. Subscription Purchases
  1. Subscription Tiers: When you purchase one of our subscription plans (Hobby, Researcher, or Quant), you gain immediate access to our platform features based on your chosen tier.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
  1. Initial Subscription: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the platform features, contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription. We will attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

  2. Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before your subscription renews.

4. Cancellation Policy
  1. How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at sarango@quantty.io. Once canceled, you will still have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

  2. Prorated Refunds: We do not typically provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to grant or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., significant downtime of our Service, errors in billing, etc.).

6. How Refunds Are Processed
  1. Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  2. Refund Timeline: Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
